What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal check, money order and Paypal When do you charge my credit card? We charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship. If you are paying by personal check, it must clear before we ship. How much is shipping going to cost me? All orders shipped in the United States are shipped insured via UPS . Orders under $50 $9.50 Orders $51 - $100 $12.50 Orders $101 - $150 $14.50 Orders $150+ $16.00 2 day air: add $5.00 Overnight: add $17.00 Saturday Arrival: add $22.00 AK, HI, Puerto Rico Rush add $17.00 Do you ship internationally? If you live outside the US , please email us with a list of the items you would like to order. We will be happy to get a quote for your shipping at that time. Will you ship my order to someone as a gift? All orders are shipped in a white gift box with a colorful ribbon, ready to be given as a special gift or placed under the tree. If you are ordering gifts to be sent to more than one person, a separate order must be placed for each shipping address. We will add a hand written message of up to 30 yours in your order. Just be sure to fill out the appropriate section in the shopping cart. How long will my order take? Malmsey's stocks the complete line of Hulet Glass. Orders normally ship within 3 business days. If you pay by personal check, it may take a bit longer as we need to wait for the check to clear. Holidays can get really frantic, so if you are ordering for a Christmas, Valentines, Easter or Mother's Day gift, it may take 3 – 5 business days to ship. What if I'm not happy with my purchase once it arrives? All work is handmade by Hulet Glass. No two pieces are exactly alike and, thus, each signed and dated piece is a unique, original work art. If you are not completely delighted with your order, just contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will give you a reference number for return and once the work is received by us in its original condition, we will make arrangements for a refund minus shipping fees. (All returned work must be shipped fully insured.) What about my privacy? We will not sell or give away your private information to anyone. Your name, address, credit card number and all other personal information is absolutely confidential. How can I buy wholesale? Visit www.huletglass.com and check out their wholesale terms. What about corporate orders? Malmsey's welcomes corporate orders of any size. We are able to ship multiple gifts to separate addresses – contact us via e-mail or phone for details including corporate discount rates. Does Malmsey's insure their glass? Malmsey's 100% guarantees that your artwork will arrive undamaged. However, should you have any problems whatsoever, simply e-mail us at robin@malmseys.com and we will make arrangements for you to receive a new piece right away. Do you charge Sales Tax: California residents will be charged 7.25% sales tax.

Shipping
We ship using UPS ground for large orders or USPS priority shipping for smaller orders. We ship items within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Please contact us for rush shipping options.

Shipping insurance is included in all orders at a flat rate of $1.65

International Buyers - Please note that you are responsible for customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your item we will issue a refund or exchange it as long as:
1. You submit a notice of intent to return or exchange the item within 5 days of receipt.
2. The purchased items are returned in original condition and returned to us within 10 days.
3. You pay for all shipping charges unless reason for exchange was due to our error.
